Yaro ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered LinkedIn growth service. By using Yaro you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and use Yaro only for accounts you personally own. Automating a third party's LinkedIn without authorization is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use Yaro to spam, harass, misrepresent yourself, promote hateful content, or bypass LinkedIn's technical controls beyond the human-pace automation we ship. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. LinkedIn ToS
LinkedIn may restrict automated access. You use Yaro at your own risk regarding your LinkedIn account. We ship human-pace jitter, quotas, and randomized delays to minimize risk but cannot guarantee compliance with LinkedIn's evolving policies.
5. Payment
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime — access continues through the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
6. Service disclaimers
Yaro is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific engagement, follower, or revenue outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate this policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts.
